What's New?

Welcome to the Print Center's new ordering system!

This system lets you view real-time estimates for your projects, track orders more effectively, communicate easily, and access your order history. It’s designed to give you better visibility into your current order progress and order history, while also helping you manage your budgets in real time. This new system also offers a visual ordering system for business cards and name tags, and a new marketplace where you can grab some Print Center swag, annual printables, and other supplies like paper and greeting cards.

 

 

First Time Users - Please read

PCC Employees & PCC Directory Accounts

  1. Select "Log In" from the top right.
  2. Login to your PCC account (this step may be skipped if you have already signed into your browser).
  3. Fill in your profile information as accurately as possible.
  4. Your account will be activated within 24-48 hours. 
  • Important: You are required to select a Site to activate your account. 
    • If you have more than one department, input the main department you report to, then email us a list of the additional accounts you need access to.
    • This is not your location - it is your Cost Center followed by your department.
  • Many functions are only accessible when a Site is designated (i.e. Panther Print Papers).

 

External customers (Students & no PCC email): <External registration not available at this time, please contact us>

  1. Select "Register Now", then "PCC Partner".
  2. Fill in the information form as accurately as possible then submit the form.
  3. You will receive an email to confirm your account.
  4. Once your account has been created, one of the Print Center staff will need to verify and activate your account for use. 

To avoid account activation issues:

  • Keep the page open until you’ve completed all required fields and submitted them. The page will time out after 20-30 minutes.

  • Double‑check that you’ve saved or submitted before navigating away.

  • If you accidentally closed the page, don’t panic, contact the Print Center at 971-722-4670 so that we can complete your account activation. 

 

Ordering

From the "New Order" dropdown at the top of the page:

  • Printing Order - Most print projects and estimates
  • Business Cards - Marketing Approved PCC Branded business cards
  • Name Tags - Marketing Approved PCC Branded name tags
  • Store
    • Paper orders for Panther Print copiers (category: Print Center > Panther Print Papers)
    • Special order Paper supplies (not covered by the Panther Print program)
    • Greeting Cards
    • Academic Calendars
    • Course Catalogs
    • and other special-order materials and swag... 

 

Bookstore Ordering

Bookstore Materials Procedure - New or Edited packets (4-step version)

1. Contact the Print Center to assign a file number to your new or edited packet.

2. Submit your adoption request with the Bookstore, by the requested deadline.

3. Submit your print-ready PDF to the Print Center, using the Project Order Form.

4. The Bookstore will place the orders with the Print Center for student copies.
